Cancellation Policy

All clients will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for all cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. If the cancellation occurs in less than 12 hours of service the client must pay the full amount of the service. If you are 15 minutes late you will be required to pay a $25.00 late fee. No exemptions! after 20 minutes your appointment will be forfeited. Gift cards are non transferable. Deposits are non refundable and non appointment transferable. I have the right to refuse service or terminate service at my discretion.
